did you know

Did you know that photography isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion, my life, and my way of preserving the beauty, emotion, and stories that make us human?

1. My journey started with a love for architecture and design, but life had other plans. I earned degrees in Photography, Broadcasting Communications, and Recording Engineering, blending creativity and technical expertise. Every bit of that experience shapes the way I see the world through my lens today.

2. A camera is a time machine. Since the 1800s, cameras have been freezing fleeting moments, turning emotions into something tangible. That’s the magic I bring to every session—capturing the real, raw, and beautiful moments that make life worth remembering.

3. Since 2004, I’ve dedicated my life to professional photography, managing corporate studios in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York before opening my own dream studio at 1231 Wyoming Avenue in Forty Fort, PA. This space is more than just a studio—it’s where I bring visions to life.

4. I don’t just take photos—I create art for your walls. Whether it’s a framed family portrait filled with love, a flower series that transforms a hotel lobby, or a drone image capturing breathtaking landscapes, I see every blank space as an opportunity to tell a story.

5. In addition to photographing, I coach photographers to help them refine their skills, develop their creative vision, and grow their businesses. Watching others succeed in this industry fuels my passion even more.

6. Giving back is at the heart of what I do. I’ve been a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2019 and have donated my photography to fundraisers supporting incredible causes—because when our community thrives, we all thrive.

7. My photography has raised funds for Blue Chip Animal Farm and Refuge, WhiskersWorld, Dinners for Kids, Ruth’s Place, and more. I believe that photography has the power not just to capture moments, but to create change.

8. Luzerne County is among the top three counties for domestic violence in Pennsylvania. As someone who survived a seven-year abusive relationship, I know how hard it is to break free. That’s why I donate to Ruth’s Place, one of the only local shelters for women and children fleeing abuse. If you need help, know that you are not alone.

9. Music is my soul’s soundtrack. My first musical memory? A 45 record of Pink Floyd’s Another Brick in the Wall when I was just five years old. Since then, I’ve been to thousands of concerts—because just like photography, music has the power to transport us back to the moments that define us.

10. In October 2021, I was diagnosed with IDC Breast Cancer, Stage 2A, Grade III. A year before that, I was dismissed by doctors despite alarming symptoms. That experience made me an advocate for healthcare reform and inspired my Cancer Photography Series, a deeply personal project that I offer as a complementary service to the public—because every survivor’s story deserves to be told.

11. I believe in the power of art to transform communities. As a board member for the Street Art Society of NEPA, I work to bring color, creativity, and inspiration to our streets, connecting artists with grant funding to make public art accessible to all.

Photography isn’t just about pictures—it’s about stories, emotions, and legacies. Whether it’s a family session, a personal branding shoot, or a fine art piece for your home, I want to help you tell your story in a way that’s authentic, timeless, and uniquely yours.

Let’s create something beautiful together.
